Pro Playbook: What You Can Offer For Your Bronze, Silver, and Gold Tiers

So, you’ve made an account and become a Pro but you’re a liiiittle stuck when deciding what you want to offer for your three tiers. Well, you’ve come to the right place! Below are various ideas of content you can offer in each tier and some aspects you may want to consider for each, but please don’t feel like you have to include all of them in each tier.

Bronze Tier
This should be your least expensive tier and should generally include the content that requires the least amount of effort to make. Many Pros prefer to use this as a place to upload their longer, unedited videos that social media algorithms would de-prioritize but that aspiring athletes would still like to see. It’s also helpful to offer a more accessible tier anyone can subscribe to, so subscribers can build trust with you as coaching clients rather than scaring them away with higher prices. Here are some ideas:

  • Your unedited practice or competition videos showing warm-ups, drills, or strong attempts

  • Access to a library of drills and exercises that young athletes can practice on their own to improve their skills

  • A set of pre-recorded video tutorials that cover the basics of your sport (e.g., how to throw a football, how to hit a baseball, how to dribble a basketball, etc.)

  • A document that outlines the common mistakes that young athletes make in your sport and how to avoid them

  • A series of pre-recorded videos showing how to warm up and stretch properly before training or competition

  • A series of pre-recorded workouts that young athletes can follow along with to improve their strength, agility, and conditioning

  • A video explaining the mental aspects of your sport and how to stay focused and motivated during competition

  • A guide to setting goals and tracking progress, including tips for goal-setting and progress-tracking techniques

  • A document that outlines your daily nutrition routine and provides tips for young athletes on how to fuel their bodies for optimal performance

  • A document that covers the rules and regulations of your sport, as well as common terms and jargon used in the sport

  • Access to a private online community where athletes can ask you questions and get advice from you using the chat feature

Silver Tier
This tier should be more expensive than your Bronze Tier as it automatically includes all the content you’ve posted there. Here are some ideas:

  • All the content in the Bronze Tier

  • More advanced video tutorials that cover more complex techniques in your sport (e.g., how to throw a curveball, how to shoot a jump shot, how to defend against different offensive strategies, etc.)

  • A series of video breakdowns analyzing the techniques of professional athletes in your sport and offering tips on how to emulate their success

  • A document that covers strategies for dealing with injuries, including how to prevent them and what to do if they occur

  • Access to a library of sports psychology resources, including articles and videos on topics such as goal-setting, visualization, and stress management

  • A breakdown video that provides specific feedback on an athlete's performance (e.g., reviewing a video of their swing and offering tips on how to improve it)*

  • Access to a private online community where young athletes can connect with each other and share their progress and experiences

Gold Tier
This tier should be your most expensive tier as it will automatically include all the content you’ve posted in your Bronze and Silver Tiers. The Gold Tier should be the most personalized tier where you develop a more one-to-one approach with an aspiring athlete. Here are some ideas:

  • All the content in the Bronze and Silver Tiers

  • A monthly personalized training plan that includes recommended workouts, drills, and practice sessions based on the athlete's goals and needs*

  • A personalized guide to mental preparation, including visualization techniques and mental strategies for staying focused and confident during competition*

  • A monthly live Q&A session where young athletes can ask you questions and get advice in real-time*

  • A video analysis of the young athlete's performance in competition, with specific feedback on areas for improvement*

  • Sponsorship posts on your social media page (for companies to subscribe if preferred)*

  • Priority access to your in-person coaching services (if you offer them)

  • A one-on-one video call with you each month where you can provide personalized coaching and feedback to the young athlete (e.g., reviewing their training schedule, offering tips on how to improve their form, etc.)*

  • Access to a private online community where only Gold Tier members can ask you questions and get advice from you

*Remember that Tier Subscriptions are monthly recurring revenue, so subscribers will have access to your content each month they stay subscribed and any personalized offerings will be expected to reoccur as well.
