What is Couro?

Couro is a platform that athletes, coaches, and trainers (Couro “Pros”) can use to make more money doing what they love.

How does Couro work?

From the Home Screen, you’ll see our Explore Feed, featuring free content Pros have posted to advertise their offerings and show their skills. Click “Find a Pro” or use the search bar to find and discover Pros you may want to learn from. You can also click “ Get AI Analysis” to upload a video of your run and get instant feedback from our AI tool to improve your form and prevent injury.

What types of content are available on Couro?

On Couro, you’ll find behind-the-scenes footage from Pro’s practice sessions and competitions, personalized workout plans, video analysis breakdowns, and more!

What sports or athletic skills can I learn on Couro?

You can learn over 50 different sports on Couro! From perfecting your butterfly stroke to improving your horizontal jump for the long jump, Couro has an endless list of athletes ready to teach you something new.

How do I sign up for a session with a coach or trainer?

Each Couro Pro will offer a range of services on their Couro Profile. Find a Pro and go to their Profile to learn more about what they are currently offering.

Are the sessions live or pre-recorded?

Couro offers both live and pre-recorded sessions though certain Pros may only offer one or the other. Visit a Pro’s Profile to learn more about their unique offerings.

How do I access the content after I subscribe?

Once you’ve subscribed to a Pro, you will see their unlocked content both on their Couro Profile and directly in your feed.

Can I interact with the Pros directly?

Yes! Many Pros offer the ability to chat with them, either as part of a subscription package or in exchange for a one-time fee.

How do I become a content creator on Couro?

Getting started on Couro is easy! Just make an account at app.couro.io, select the option to become a Pro, set up your profile offerings, and connect a Stripe account for payment delivery.

What are the benefits of joining Couro as a coach/trainer?

At Couro, we make tools designed to make remote coaching easier. Whether you’re looking to collect a no-fuss monthly subscription fee, get initial computerized feedback on a customer’s video submission, or schedule regular meetings with a virtual client, Couro enables you to form deeper connections with customers online so you can spend more time doing what you love.

How do I monetize my content on Couro?

The best way is to be vocal about the content you’re creating. We recommend posting regularly on social media and mentioning your services in person when people ask you about your training.

Yes! We also have a workout builder you can use to send custom workouts to customers.

How much does a Pro subscription cost?

Subscription fees vary as Couro Pros set their own prices. Scan through various offerings by clicking on a Pro’s Profile.

What payment methods are accepted?

Couro accepts all major debit and credit cards.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

Is there a free trial available?

At the moment, we only offer free trials through our run club partners. But we do have a soft spot for athletes of all kinds! Send us a message and there’s a chance we can extend one to you / your school / your team / your club.

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password by selecting the option on our login page on the platform.

What data does Couro collect?

Couro collects personal data (such as name and email) that is entered in when you create your account. We also collect data input into Couro AI in order to improve our tools for future use.
