What is Couro?
Couro is a platform that athletes, coaches, and trainers (Couro “Pros”) to use for athletic improvement.
How does Couro work?
From the Home Screen, you’ll see our Explore Feed, featuring free content Pros have posted to advertise their offerings and show their skills. Click “ Get AI Analysis” to upload a video of your run and get instant feedback from our AI tool to improve your form and prevent injury. You can also click “Find a Pro” or use the search bar to find and discover Pros you may want to learn from.
What types of content are available on Couro?
On Couro, you’ll find behind-the-scenes footage from Pro’s practice sessions and competitions, personalized workout plans, video analysis breakdowns, and more!

How far away should I stand from the camera?
Typically about 15 feet so that your full body and the measured running distance is visible in the camera view.
What is the ideal running distance?
We typically recommend running 10 meters.
Should I run fast or slow?
It's up to you! Couro AI will analyze your speed and joint angles, so it will analyze you at whatever speed you bring in.
Does Couro AI work with any background?
Yes, as long as the runner is running from left to right and there aren't any other runners in the background.
How do I access or save my results?
Your scores will automatically be saved to your Couro AI screen when logged in. You can also download your results by selecting the download option.
What does my score mean?
According to biomechanists, the perfect runner's overall score is 100. Any joint misalignments or asymmetries lower your score, so the higher the score, the better. The average runner's score is around 55%.
Can I connect with a Pro to help me increase my score?
Yes! You can forward your scores to a professional athlete for more feedback and personalized workout plans.

Couro accepts all major debit and credit cards.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
Is there a free trial available?
At the moment, we only offer free trials through our run club partners. But we do have a soft spot for athletes of all kinds! Send us a message and there’s a chance we can extend one to you / your school / your team / your club.

What data does Couro collect?
Couro collects personal data (such as name and email) that is entered in when you create your account. We also collect data input into Couro AI in order to improve our tools for future use.
